A mystery film called "Dare" follows a detective investigating a serial killer targeting students at a school, as the number of deaths increases and clues are few. Two killers are eventually caught and charged, having worked together to commit the crimes. The film takes inspiration from "Se7en" and would be produced by Jet Productions using local filming locations.
